Always great service. Called in the evening after our door lost some bolts, and service was delivered the next morning. Alex, the technician, was professional, comprehensive and friendly. This is a great company with an excellent crew of service professionals. Highly recommended!

Precison Garage Door came highly recommended by other family members and I was not disappointed. Mike Mirsadiev came to inspect my system which I thought was noisier than it should have been. After showing me several parts that were worn, including cables that had started to fray, he installed a new, updated garage door opener system. Mike was highly competent, very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He patiently explained the differences between my old new system and the new one including installing the app to control the system. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you Mike.

One of the best service experiences I've ever had. We called Precision after our other company stood us up and never called to reschedule, and it was 100% the right decision. Communication was first-rate from the start, and service was scheduled for the next morning. Matt was a superb technician who diagnosed and explained the issue, and gave us three options - at different price points. No pressure sales tactics. He was friendly and polite throughout and an absolute delight to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - very highly recommended.

On the recommendation of a neighbor who had used Precision, we had a new garage door opener installed recently. We got an appointment within days of our inquiry and the whole service itself only took a couple of hours. We loved that Precision sent us an email with both a photo and some information about our installer before our service. He was an absolute professional who explained carefully all the attributes of our new opener.
