Very prompt service. Ricardo showed up only two hours after my initial phone call to Precision, and he did a great job getting into my closed garage (it has no doors other than the broken closed garage door) and then diagnosing two problems, a buckling panel that I could see was also beginning to tear and, strangely, no electricity to the garage (and no switches flipped on the house circuit breaker). I ordered the panel and will need to get an electrician. The charge for the panel includes future labor for installation so I know the full cost ahead of time.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate two days later. Francisco, the technician, arrived on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he was only there to provide an estimate, he ended up having all of the parts in his truck needed to repair my garage door. He completed the job in less than an hour and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. Francisco was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely use Precision Door Services in the future when I am ready to replace my garage doors!

Ricardo Clergio came to evaluate my garage door today and advise me on what needed repair and give me a cost estimate. He was great, on-time, patient in his explanation, detailed and very thorough with different options that I could choose from and even better I could do same day service. I was impressed with him and felt very confident with Ricardo. Everything was done in less than in the time frame Ricardo told me. Honestly, in recent years, we have not experienced such professional attention and service by anyone like we have this company. We called one day and on the following day, you filled our needs. We were given a 4 hr window and the technician arrived within the first half hour. We were so satisfied with our technician, Leo, that we called your office an hour after he was gone to tell the powers that be how impressive he was not only as a technician, but also as a person. He was the ultimate professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable. He answered every question to our satisfaction and gave us several options of ways to solve our problem, as well as several estimates to have us make an informed decision. He masterfully fixed the problems, tested everything, instructed us for proper use and kept a clean work area. Thank you for fixing our issues and we look forward to having you replace our actual garage doors in the next month or so. Leonardo arrived w/helper at time promised. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. After review of my equipment, I was told I required new pulleys. I then asked about 1 of my remotes not working. Within 2 minutes Leonardo's helper had the remote working again. All work completed within about 15 mins. Then to my delight I was told there would be no charge due to Precision's warranty policy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty.
