I needed my garage door opener fixed as it was stuck in an open position. I called my original company, who did not get back to me. I called Precision, and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Luis came within the promised time frame, and explained everything that I needed to have done, and explained my options. He worked very hard and with care. We are very happy with our door repair. In addition Luis as well as the representative who I spoke with was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about Precision’s service and quick response to my problem. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they definitely exceeded any expectation I had.
