One of the best service experiences I've ever had. We called Precision after our other company stood us up and never called to reschedule, and it was 100% the right decision. Communication was first-rate from the start, and service was scheduled for the next morning. Matt was a superb technician who diagnosed and explained the issue, and gave us three options - at different price points. No pressure sales tactics. He was friendly and polite throughout and an absolute delight to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - very highly recommended.

I just replaced the rollers hoping the garage door would closes smoothly, it didn’t. I expected the problem was with uneven tension on the extension springs. I called Precision and their technician Alex Berk arrived well within the time expected to examine. After much examination he concluded my summation was correct. Alex worked both professionally and efficiently to correct the problem. He was not satisfied until the door worked perfectly. Door now closes smoothly and quietly. I am exceedingly satisfied with the work Alex did and would recommend Precision again.
