John arrived earlier than the set appointment and assessed the problem with the garage door immediately ...He checked everything as well to be sure no other issues ..John was professional and very polite .He changed 3 springs ..I have a very heavy door and it took a lot of work to get it done ...Very impressed with the job and my garage door works perfectly now ..

Very disappointed as called to schedule a new door and specifically asked if could do the type of swing out door - was told yes definitely but when technician got here he said they don’t do that. Wasted everyone’s time and 1/2 day work for bad information by person answering phone. Very disappointing experience.

The overall experience I had with Precision Garage Door of Westchester was A+++. From making the appointment, to the follow up e-mail confirming the details and information about the technician, Brian, who was terrific and let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time, the whole service was great. Brian patiently reviewed all the issues with the garage door, explained what he needed to do, gave me an estimate of the cost and time needed for the repair and then completed the job promptly. He had set up all the remote controls for me and went over the work he did and showed me how to operate the new system. I am glad I called Precision Garage Door. It was the right call. Thank you, Brian, for your excellent and professional work.

Ricardo was prompt, and quickly deciphered that the problem with the door was one of two things. He had the part on his truck to swap out one of the two suspects, and sure enough, that was it! He then proceeded to inspect the rest of the door components. He tightened the chain and lubed the track. He gave me good advice to have an electrician swap the standard outlet for a GFI outlet. He said my board likely blew due to a lightning strike while I was away. I am thrilled to have a functioning garage door back! Thank you Ricardo, thank you Precision!
