Precision's service was excellent. Our old automatic garage door opener wasn't working. Precision's technician was able to quickly show us options for a new automatic garage door opener. He quickly and efficiently removed the old opener and installed the new one that we had selected together with all the pushbutton devices. He even reprogrammed our cars' garage door opener pushbuttons for us. We are very appreciative of Precision's efficient service.

I just replaced the rollers hoping the garage door would closes smoothly, it didn’t. I expected the problem was with uneven tension on the extension springs. I called Precision and their technician Alex Berk arrived well within the time expected to examine. After much examination he concluded my summation was correct. Alex worked both professionally and efficiently to correct the problem. He was not satisfied until the door worked perfectly. Door now closes smoothly and quietly. I am exceedingly satisfied with the work Alex did and would recommend Precision again.
