I needed my garage door opener fixed as it was stuck in an open position. I called my original company, who did not get back to me. I called Precision, and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Luis came within the promised time frame, and explained everything that I needed to have done, and explained my options. He worked very hard and with care. We are very happy with our door repair. In addition Luis as well as the representative who I spoke with was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Precision's service was excellent. Our old automatic garage door opener wasn't working. Precision's technician was able to quickly show us options for a new automatic garage door opener. He quickly and efficiently removed the old opener and installed the new one that we had selected together with all the pushbutton devices. He even reprogrammed our cars' garage door opener pushbuttons for us. We are very appreciative of Precision's efficient service.

It was such a great pleasure to have the pro-technician Alex Berk coming over to fix my garage door. Alex came promptly after the office texted me about his availability and started assessing the problem right away. He explained to me in great detail about the issues, his plans to fix them, and the price of each item. While he was working to fix the problems, he was super professional and efficient and knew exactly what to do. In addition, he was so patient and answered all my questions. He also made valuable suggestions about how to protect the garage door and make it work better. He also is such a friendly young professional whom I only have good things to speak of. I also loved the way the Precision Door Service operates. My garage door broken in the evening of a Friday. I googled about garage door repairs. Most garage door companies were closed and would not open until Monday. But Precision is different. Its website is well designed, easy to follow, and I got to speak with a friendly lady who answered my questions and made an appointment for me for Sunday. Then I got a text message on Saturday morning telling me there was a technician available on Saturday and asked me if I would like to move my appointment earlier. I did and here came the wonderful Alex Bert. I am very happy that I contacted Precision and hired the company to do the work. I was so dreadful of the broken garage door and thought it would be a hassle to have it fixed. However, Precision made it so easy for me.
