Good impressions first. I appreciated Rick coming out to program the remote clickers and install a new keypad despite heavy snow. He worked very hard to troubleshoot and come up with the quickest and cheapest solution possible. Now that bad part, Rick installed an LM365 and 877 keypad. The prices that we paid on these were outrageous though. We were charged $150 and $90 for these parts. I checked online and these were available for less than $30 each. Your pricing seems outrageous. We paid 4x the actual price! In summary, exceptional service from Rick. But the pricing of your parts needs to improve if you want to get our repeat business.

Without question, 5 stars! Rick C. presented himself as a professional and truly nice person. Ordinarily, given the amount of money involved, I would have gotten 3-4 other estimates for new garage doors. In this case however, I trusted Rick's estimation as to what we needed and the assurances he gave us. As a lawyer, I've interacted with many types of people who represent many fields of endeavor.
