I can’t say enough good things about Precision’s service and quick response to my problem. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they definitely exceeded any expectation I had. The communication was excellent and I was told when the technician would be arriving. Gafur arrived right on time. He was courteous, polite and professional. He assessed the situation and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I highly recommend Gafur and Precision if you need their services. I know I will gladly use them again. Leo R quickly identified a broken part of my old LiftMaster, offered me a few options for repair and replacement. He replaced my old LiftMaster with a new one for less than an hour and took time to explain me how to use new keypads. I required cables, roller bearings and repair of a bar. Completed timely. Technician also called a head to advise me of his arrival time. Could not ask for better in service and repair. 5 stars

From start to finish everything went smoothly. The technicians Bill and Greg who arrived to install the new garage door were excellent. I want to specifically point out that Greg was exceptional. He was able to raise the height of the garage door which was what I wanted but wasn't sure it was possible. He came up with a design for me that exceeded my expectations. He explained everything to me. He spent extra time making sure the installation around the door fit seamlessly. My wife and I are so pleased we have already recommended Precision to a family member. 5 stars all around
