My technician, Joel, was fantastic. He called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He had with him all of the components and tools to install a new garage door opener (which he did not realize he would be doing prior to his arrival) right then and there. Within 90 minutes of his arrival, and within 6 hours of my initial call to Precision, I had a new, fully functional garage door opener. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service that I received.

We had our garage door repaired (it needed extensive work, basically all replaceable parts were shot) and a new electronic door opener (the 3280) installed. The service was outstanding - friendly, quick, efficient, professional, stress-free, from the first phone call to the completion of the work on the same day. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend precision for a new garage door! Mike Ganning was very helpful in the design and estimate for the door. He provided expertise on the best door and features for my needs without ANY high pressure selling. Today my door was installed by Malik Dennard and Isaac Ward who both did an excellent job. They arrived when promised and promptly and professionally installed the door and then gave me a tutorial on the features and operation. Mike, Malik, and Isaac could not have been nicer.
