He provided expertise on the best door and features for my needs without ANY high pressure selling. Today my door was installed by Malik Dennard and Isaac Ward who both did an excellent job. My technician, Joel, was fantastic. He called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He had with him all of the components and tools to install a new garage door opener (which he did not realize he would be doing prior to his arrival) right then and there. Within 90 minutes of his arrival, and within 6 hours of my initial call to Precision, I had a new, fully functional garage door opener. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service that I received.
