We had our garage door repaired (it needed extensive work, basically all replaceable parts were shot) and a new electronic door opener (the 3280) installed. The service was outstanding - friendly, quick, efficient, professional, stress-free, from the first phone call to the completion of the work on the same day. We could not be more pleased. Justin, our service technician, was wonderful: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. He too gets 5 stars! Bravo!

I had an old 16' super heavy Douglas fir door that had seen better days. Your technicians had the old door removed and the new insulated steel replacement door and opener installed by early afternoon. Your guys were very pleasant, professional and neat. Thank you for a job well done!

Professional serviceman who introduced himself properly, analyzed problem, gave estimate and did repair promptly. Also explained how the door works, which I never understood. I also appreciated the email appointment confirmation and a phone call updating me of a change in schedule(because of a snow storm). I will use this service again.
