Our 30+ year old garage door motor finally died. Your technician, Gafur Ashurov, diagnosed the problem right away and showed us the options to replace it with a new unit. We chose the 1HP unit and in about an hour, he had it installed with new keypad, pushbutton, safety units. Set up the remote in my wife's car, showed us how everything works. Much quieter than old unit, couldn't be more pleased with the work. 3 years ago, you replaced the hardware, which has been working well since then.

The entire Precision experience was perfect from start to finish. I booked an appointment late at night, online, when it was convenient to me. I had a range of choices for times. Precision sends a bio of the employee who will be coming (including personal interests, which is a lovely, humanizing touch) and most important, Leo was able to show me what exactly was broken, to fix it on the spot, and to give me an estimate on the parts that need replacing to avoid ultimate damage to the motor.
