Ricardo Clergio came to evaluate my garage door today and advise me on what needed repair and give me a cost estimate. He was great, on-time, patient in his explanation, detailed and very thorough with different options that I could choose from and even better I could do same day service. I was impressed with him and felt very confident with Ricardo. Everything was done in less than in the time frame Ricardo told me. I highly recommend Ricardo...he is very professional, knowledgable and recommend his company with a great deal of value. I gave Precision and Ricardo a 5 star rating!

Honestly, in recent years, we have not experienced such professional attention and service by anyone like we have this company. We called one day and on the following day, you filled our needs. We were given a 4 hr window and the technician arrived within the first half hour. We were so satisfied with our technician, Leo, that we called your office an hour after he was gone to tell the powers that be how impressive he was not only as a technician, but also as a person. He was the ultimate professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable. He answered every question to our satisfaction and gave us several options of ways to solve our problem, as well as several estimates to have us make an informed decision. He masterfully fixed the problems, tested everything, instructed us for proper use and kept a clean work area. Thank you for fixing our issues and we look forward to having you replace our actual garage doors in the next month or so. We will be calling you again and will be recommending your service to anyone in need. Outstanding.

Leonardo arrived w/helper at time promised. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. After review of my equipment, I was told I required new pulleys. I then asked about 1 of my remotes not working. Within 2 minutes Leonardo's helper had the remote working again. All work completed within about 15 mins. Then to my delight I was told there would be no charge due to Precision's warranty policy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Your technician (Riccardo) efficiently addressed a bracket failure which had occurred due to screws which had been attached to sheet rock and not wood. His technical knowledge re: Lift Master products was impressive, and we'll be sure to recommend your company based on our pleasant experience today.

Leo did a great job with my garage door repair. Everything was completely explained and he waited patiently as my wife and I had some discussion of what services to perform. At the end of the day, I had two quietly operating doors with all new hardware.

I had 2 new garage door openers installed. From the time of scheduling the appt to the call before the tech was due to arrive to the diagnosis of my problem to the quote for the new units to the timely installation to the settlement of the bill --- everything was top notch and utterly professional. I was all service calls could run this smoothly

5 stars for Precision. The tech was great, efficient, gave me several options, and answered all my questions. I had already purchased a garage door opener motor with keypad two years ago from Precision, so this was to replace all other moving parts and cables.

Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty. It was a pleasure meeting Leo who represents your company well, and did a great job explaining the transition to new products. Thanks!

This was 5* service. Rick's professionalism was beyond expectations. We returned from vacation to find our old garage door wouldn't open to let our car out. He was here in a couple of hours and replaced the system on the spot. We were so impressed we called him back to replace the garage door. Cheers, Dick Hare PS: I retired as Sr. Director of J.D.Power & Assoc. so I am certain what is required for a 5* rating.

Wonderful job and warm service by Rick! He immediately diagnosed the reason our door had failed and clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He finished a total overhaul of our system neatly and carefully and did so in two hours, with a smile - despite the many obstacles in our garage that must have made his job harder. Thanks, Rick!

Precision was able to give me service within 3 hours after I called. Justin worked fast and did a very good job of repairing my garage door cables, springs, etc. and even put in a new wall keyboard that I had been wanting to do for a long time.

The technician arrived right on time and did a very professional job. I was not at home at the time...only my husband but he took the time to call me to confirm what he needed to do and the cost of the work. My husband was very impressed with the job (sometimes he is hard to please!) All of our dealings with Precision have been of the highest caliber. I HIGHLY recommend them.
