The technician arrived right on time and did a very professional job. I was not at home at the time...only my husband but he took the time to call me to confirm what he needed to do and the cost of the work. My husband was very impressed with the job (sometimes he is hard to please!) All of our dealings with Precision have been of the highest caliber. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Technician arrived precisely on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He explainmed what the problem was -- a broken spring -- and suggested in detail what he proposed to do to fix it AND to make our garage door safe. He showed me potential problem areas: frayed cables and rollers off-kilter. He detailed the costs and got my ok before starting work. The tech was friendly and efficient. Precision was able to give me service within 3 hours after I called. Justin worked fast and did a very good job of repairing my garage door cables, springs, etc. and even put in a new wall keyboard that I had been wanting to do for a long time.
