The device tech was: Knowledgeable Professional Well spoken Friendly He paid attention to the most minute details of the installation making sure I understood everything he was doing. He worked in a efficient manor and upon completion walked me through all that was done and answered every question I asked to my satisfaction. Post install clean up was impeccable. VERY PLEASED!!!

I first became aware of Precision when one of their technicians came to repair a friend’s garage after it was flooded by storm Ida. I was very impressed with the service. So when I began having trouble with my garage, I immediately thought of them and called. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Kyle, was very thorough. He was also personable and patient. He explained exactly what was needed and why it was needed. There was no hard sell tactics. He came with a fully stocked van so he was able to make all the necessary repairs during the visit. I also would like to comment on their great customer service. Once you make the appointment, they confirm it in writing, by text and by email. The day of the appointment someone contacts you. When the technician is on his way, he will call you. They also send you a photo of the technician so you know who to expect. I wish more businesses were them.
