The service provided by Precision Garage doors is excellent, from scheduling the appointment with costumer service, pre-appointment check in with the service manager and execution by the technician. Our technician Luis Rodriguez was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Luis performed a thorough assessment of my garage door and its components and answered all my questions. He also provided multiple options for me to consider for replacing damaged springs, and other door hardware. Thanks Luis and keep up the great work!

I am very happy with the services I received from precision overhead garage door. They texted me the day before my appointment. On the day of service I received text messages on the status of the technician who was assigned to my job. I had the pleasure of being called by Luis Rodriguez before he came to my house, about a 20 minute ETA. I was impressed by Louis’s ability to examine his situation and explain to me what needs to be done. Luis completed the repair and I am very impressed by how well it worked! Better than you new! Thank you, Louie, Rodriguez, and precision overhead Garage Door.

I first became aware of Precision when one of their technicians came to repair a friend’s garage after it was flooded by storm Ida. I was very impressed with the service. So when I began having trouble with my garage, I immediately thought of them and called. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Kyle, was very thorough. He was also personable and patient. He explained exactly what was needed and why it was needed. There was no hard sell tactics. He came with a fully stocked van so he was able to make all the necessary repairs during the visit. I also would like to comment on their great customer service. Once you make the appointment, they confirm it in writing, by text and by email. The day of the appointment someone contacts you. When the technician is on his way, he will call you. They also send you a photo of the technician so you know who to expect. I wish more businesses were them.

Mike showed extreme professionalism and knowledge of the products. He was delayed in getting here, but kept me duly informed during the delay. He explained my options clearly in a way that I would have a clear idea of what I would be getting and when and how it would be done. Very impressed with the experience.
