Julian was fabulous. He changed the springs, rollers, insulation on the bottom of the door, and programmed a new remote. All done in a timely, friendly manner with plenty of explanation as to what and why. If I need anything to do with my garage door I will definitely call Precision.

Would highly recommend!!!!!!! Forget how polite and professional the service tech/mechanic was. He explained every detail. he explained every safety issue. Step by step instructions on how to operate, since we went from 20 year old garage door opener to new opener with Wi Fi. AAA++++++

Have used a lot of service companies for the 15 years we've been in Westchester. Have NEVER had a more responsive professional company than Precision Door! Mike was our service tech and he was more knowledgeable than anyone in the industry! The spring on our door snapped and caused damage. Precision was the only one of five garage door companies that had telephone rep answer the call on a Saturday afternoon. They had Mike come out on a Sunday without any extra charge. Again, I give Precision Door the HIGHEST recommendation available.

I have always used Precision to repair or replace my garage door. Mike and Lio were not only very knowledgeable but also extremely courteous. They explained everything in detail and I have every confidence the door will be installed quickly and professionally (Happy to update after installation). I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference. The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. I am very happy with your company, and should the occasion arise Iâ??ll be happy to give your company my recommendation. (Shared Review)
