I was in a dire need to find a garage door service ASAP. My door wouldn't open when I needed to go out. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and to my amazement the kind customer service rep gave me the next day appointment early am. Louise was our technician.He quickly diagnosed the issue , explained clearly what he needs to do to fix it. He also presented an alternative that was to install a new system. He went step by step what it would involve, the price and the time he would have to spend here. Not only we changed my side opener but also my husband's. I had a garage door opener burn out on Sunday. Made an appointment and Hector was here at 8am on Monday morning. He was courteous, showed me my options and didn’t pressure sell me. We ended up replacing both of our openers as mine were 29 years old!! Thanks for the amazing service.

Our garage door stopped working on a Friday. I was able to book an appointment for service through the Precision website for the next day, Saturday. Gafur showed up during the time window specified. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me two repair options. Our door and hardware were 10 years old and heavily used. We decided to replace the springs, rollers, sensors and lift master unit. He had all of the necessary parts in his truck. He completed the work quickly, and programmed the new keypad and our cars so the homelink buttons would work. He took all of the old parts away. Given the timing, I did not shop around for price, but I was very happy with the service we received, especially getting the repair done on a Saturday. The new opener is much quieter than our old one and has a camera too. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I was told the service would take place between 2PM and 5PM. I got to my garage at 1:30 and found the service crew had opened my garage door and was inside without my permission. Shocked and very disappointed!

Brendan arrived on time and only a few hours after I asked for an appointment. He diagnosed my problem, gave me three options for repair (good/better/best), and returned my garage door to working condition within a few hours. He was very competent and highly professional, and he took it upon himself to move my junk out of his way and put it back when he was finished, which I expected to have to do myself. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
