My husband and I purchased a Precision Garage Door many years ago when we first purchased our home. Alek Berk was the service technician that arrived at our home. Wow! How lucky we were to have him assigned to our service call! Alek was professional, prompt, friendly, engaging and a wonderful young man. Alek quickly diagnosed our problem as a broken spring and immediately went to work to repair it. Alek provided outstanding customer service. I received the call telling me 30 minutes before the tech arrived. Alex was on time. He took 5 minutes to asses the issue and then before doing the work told me what was involved and how much it would cost. He then did the work quickly and the doors are now working great! Great Service.
