Alexi phoned to alert me when he was 20 minutes away and arrived as promised. He diagnosed my problem immediately (broken spring so door would not open), said it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half to repair, and was done in less than an hour. He checked everything else to be sure all was in good working order. He was efficient, informative, and very pleasant. My problem occured on a weekend. How many companies do you know that don't charge extra for a weekend service visit? Precision Garage Door Service DOES NOT! And, the service charge was waived because I went through with the repair. All in all, I give this company an A+ along with the 5 stars!

Rip off company. Technician comes in and tells you why you need to replace everything, including a functioning motor. The estimate came to $2,350. I had another company do the necessary work for $433.

Julian was fabulous. He changed the springs, rollers, insulation on the bottom of the door, and programmed a new remote. All done in a timely, friendly manner with plenty of explanation as to what and why. If I need anything to do with my garage door I will definitely call Precision.

Would highly recommend!!!!!!! Forget how polite and professional the service tech/mechanic was. He explained every detail. he explained every safety issue. Step by step instructions on how to operate, since we went from 20 year old garage door opener to new opener with Wi Fi. AAA++++++

I first chose Precision because of their reputation and veteran discount. Carlos came to fix a serious safety issue with my garage door that led to me calling them. Carlos explained, and clearly demonstrated why there were other safety and other operational issues that I was unaware of and what could be done to address them. He was thorough in what could be done in a cost efficient means and rocked the repairs! He also made sure I was happy with the repairs and addressed my concerns to my utmost satisfaction. I had the entire garage door hardware (rollers, springs, cables, etc.) replaced and it is much quieter than before. Kudos to Carlos and Precision!

On time professional and explained and answered all my questions. When I answered the door I rudely asked the tech if he graduated high school yet. He took it in stride. I had tons of questions about why the door couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. I trusted what he said. So far so good. If I decide to order through them I hope installation goes as well
