Assessed the job quickly and professionally, explaining what needed repairing what did not. Gave me an estimate which I though was fair and reaonable and completed. And he had all the parts needed to make the repair then. No waiting or ordering or delays. Impressive. the job was completed quicker than I expected explaining all the steps he needed to perform. Mike K. was on time, notifying us with a phone call 15 minutes before he arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the systems, parts and install. He gave us different options and prices for each option. He didn't sell us on things we didn't need which was important to us. Our new belt drive door opener is super quiet and smooth.
