We've used Precision before and were happy with the service provided and quality of the work. Today, Mike arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options - we chose one & Mike proceeded with the repairs. Mike explained the revision, demonstrated the new controls, and answered questions. We were very satisfied with Mike as we have been with all the Precision techs.
Mike was outstanding replacing our garage door opener. Excellent communication before and during the appointment. This is obviously a very well run company that cares about customers. Thoroughly recommended.
