The communication with Precision was top notch throughout. Called on Saturday and a technician came on Sunday morning. Justin Young did an outstanding job. He assessed the situation quickly, presented my options clearly, and gave me the pros and cons. In less than 4 hours he replaced all the hardware, opener and electronics of one garage and the opener and electronics of the other (the hardware of the second door was in good shape). He showed me how to use the new openers and how to program the new key pads, which we tested. Extremely professional. Great job.

I had a very favorable experience. I called relatively late on a Thursday evening after a spring on one door broke and left my car trapped inside. They answered quickly and booked me for an appointment the next morning. Everything was repaired by noon. Communication was great along the way. Jeff, the technician, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.

Alexi phoned to alert me when he was 20 minutes away and arrived as promised. He diagnosed my problem immediately (broken spring so door would not open), said it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half to repair, and was done in less than an hour. He checked everything else to be sure all was in good working order. He was efficient, informative, and very pleasant. My problem occured on a weekend. How many companies do you know that don't charge extra for a weekend service visit? Precision Garage Door Service DOES NOT! And, the service charge was waived because I went through with the repair. All in all, I give this company an A+ along with the 5 stars!

Installer was knowledgeable and efficient. The new garage door opener works as expected and intended. The only problem was in scheduling - I was told he would arrive between 10 and 12, and he did not arrive until 5, although he called periodically to keep me advised of his progress with other jobs prior to mine. Overall it was worth the wait and I am satisfied with the product and the service.

The service was very prompt. My wooden garage door bottom panel was damaged, and the lower wheels were out of the rail. The technician Francisco, fixed part of the problem (put wheels back on the rail), and sent for more info on feasibility and price for the repair of the wooden panel. He was polite and helpful. Waiting for follow up.
