Mike Kelleher did maintenance on the door and replaced the motor and keypads. He did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He also set up my car to open the door. He was very professional and all around a nice guy. I accidentally closed out of the QR code to leave a review there, so hopefully Mike can see this review.

Service was immediate and the communication with Kyle, the service technician was extraordinary! Kyle was professional and honest. He offered opinions as to what I should do without the usual pushy salesperson insistence. Kyle left me with a complete feeling of being able to trust everything he said and allowing me to make the decision as to which way I wanted to proceed. I HIGHLY recommend Precision and Kyle is AMAZING to work with!!

Alexi phoned to alert me when he was 20 minutes away and arrived as promised. He diagnosed my problem immediately (broken spring so door would not open), said it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half to repair, and was done in less than an hour. He checked everything else to be sure all was in good working order. He was efficient, informative, and very pleasant. My problem occured on a weekend. How many companies do you know that don't charge extra for a weekend service visit? Precision Garage Door Service DOES NOT! And, the service charge was waived because I went through with the repair. All in all, I give this company an A+ along with the 5 stars!

Installer was knowledgeable and efficient. The new garage door opener works as expected and intended. The only problem was in scheduling - I was told he would arrive between 10 and 12, and he did not arrive until 5, although he called periodically to keep me advised of his progress with other jobs prior to mine. Overall it was worth the wait and I am satisfied with the product and the service.

The service was very prompt. My wooden garage door bottom panel was damaged, and the lower wheels were out of the rail. The technician Francisco, fixed part of the problem (put wheels back on the rail), and sent for more info on feasibility and price for the repair of the wooden panel. He was polite and helpful. Waiting for follow up.

A "loud" snap as the garage door was closing led to a late afternoon call to Precision and an 8am service response by Rick and his team. He confirmed that the broken right side spring was the problem, and suggested that the left side might also be vulnerable and should also be replaced. I agreed, and also opt'ed for the "refurbish service". One hour later, the garage door was operational. Rick was the consummate professional, and I am happy with Precision and their team.

I chose Precision because Angies List had a discounted repair coupon which I bought. They scheduled me earlier in the week since my garage door was not working at all. They came exactly at 5 o'clock and repaired the garage door.

We have been using Precision for the past 5 years and always find them responsive and reliable. We have a very finicky garage door and have been pleased to have the same technician, who knows our door and mechanisms very well, come whenever we call. They reliably honor warranty work and have fair pricing beyond that. Really have been very pleased with the service from Precision.

We were very happy with Precision. Our technician, Justin, was great--professional, polite, and patient when explaining the problem to me. We ended up getting a new motor for one of our garage doors, and it all seems to be working wonderfully now. He also did us the favor of adding a screw that was missing, resulting in our door being a little bowed.
