We were very happy with Precision. Our technician, Justin, was great--professional, polite, and patient when explaining the problem to me. We ended up getting a new motor for one of our garage doors, and it all seems to be working wonderfully now. He also did us the favor of adding a screw that was missing, resulting in our door being a little bowed.

We called for help on short notice and Brian came out quickly and provided us exceptional service. He is very diligent and was very courteous and professional. He explained the work he completed very well and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Brian to any one.
