The technician Mike Kelleher arrived on the early end of the window and called before to let me know when he'd be here. When he arrived he thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my keypad and inspected the system. He replaced the keypad and tuned the mechanism up. He was pleasant and professional in every way. A+ service.

It’s a big deal when you have a full day of appointments and activities planned and you can’t open your garage door!! A quick call to Precision lessened my anxiety. I was quickly given an appointment and choice of times as well as directions to open it manually. It’s clear that Precission values your time because I received a call from Brian Birchler, my service supervisor, letting me know where he was at that point in his jobs and when he would arrive. This bright young man was exceptional in every way! He assessed, explained and gave options for the repair. Once I chose, I was given a timeframe and courteous updates as work progressed. Kudos to Precission for attracting such talented employees and to Brian for 5 star plus work!

The entire experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was unparalleled. Their 24/7 live customer service is unique to their industry, their next day garage door service, weekdays and weekend, unheard of. Their pre- and post-appointment communications is ingenuous. My experience with their technician Gafur was one of a kind. His expertise, personal care and friendly demeanor, were extraordinary. In fact, I have never had such a positive experience with service providers or contractors. Precision is lucky to have him aboard. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Precision Door is the ONLY company to call for you garage door issues. Soner was my technician. Prior to his arrival i received a text with his photo and a bio all about him! NEVER has a company done that before and i felt like a friend was coming to my home. Soner explained all that was wrong and the door needed a good 18 year old servicing as well as a broken spring. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me all the things i the door and keypad that I never knew ! Do not hesitate on calling Precision Door. I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this company. True professionals from the first phone call!!!

Our technician, Leo was fantastic! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue with my garage immediately, and had all the supplies necessary to fix the issue in record time. He also inspected everything and fixed our remote entry keypad! Travis was fantastic. He arrived right on schedule--even though the appointment was an emergency appointment--and talked my wife and me through the options for replacing our broken opener without pressuring us. Had a great experience with precision. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and took my info quickly and got me scheduled for the next day. Travis was my service technician and was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. He called me early in the day to confirm appointment and give me the time he would be there which was really nice. Many times you wait during the window you are given and never know when they will show. He called again when he was on his way to reconfirm. When he got here he quickly assessed the problem, gave me options and then worked extremely efficiently to repair my garage door. He clearly explained the repairs to the door that he completed. Nico called and told me when he would be here. He came promptly and looked at my 2 garage doors and accompanying parts and diagnosed what he thought were the problems. He gave me a preliminary quote and fixed everything without any additional parts and looked over the whole system.
