Finding my old garage door opener had expired, Justin installed a new one. He did an excellent job and was professional and helpful. The only problem with it was not his fault: the main switch (button pad)really didn't work. I was not able to press hard enough to make it connect. So Justin kindly reinstalled my old switch, which does work.

Had a great experience with precision. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and took my info quickly and got me scheduled for the next day. Travis was my service technician and was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. He called me early in the day to confirm appointment and give me the time he would be there which was really nice. Many times you wait during the window you are given and never know when they will show. He called again when he was on his way to reconfirm. When he got here he quickly assessed the problem, gave me options and then worked extremely efficiently to repair my garage door. He clearly explained the repairs to the door that he completed.
