The entire Precision experience was perfect from start to finish. I booked an appointment late at night, online, when it was convenient to me. I had a range of choices for times. Precision sends a bio of the employee who will be coming (including personal interests, which is a lovely, humanizing touch) and most important, Leo was able to show me what exactly was broken, to fix it on the spot, and to give me an estimate on the parts that need replacing to avoid ultimate damage to the motor. But he did this without pressuring me. I wish every company were like this one.
