Our service technician, Etan, was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to fully explain our repair options, and once we decided on the course of action, his work product was thorough and efficient. Like everything today, garage door opener parts and repair is a pricey undertaking, but we felt we received value for the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door opener repair job. Note for purchase section below: We purchased new springs, cables and rollers. I was very pleased with the garage door repairs that Aleksei performed. He was very professional in explaining what was the problem with the garage door. He explained clearly what was required to fix the problem. The door is now working very well after he repaired the mechanism including the springs and wiring.

Today, the cable that attaches the spring to the bottom bracket to the garage door snapped. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to send a technician, Kyle, who came after his last service call of the day. He showed me that the rust on the bottom bracket had rusted the cable where it used to attach, causing it to snap. He replaced both bottom brackets and cables and showed us what to do to maintain the moving parts by spraying with a Silicone spray every 3 months. This was not the first time we used Precision. They are professionals and they also explain what needs to be done and why, before beginning any repairs. I highly recommend them.

You exceeded our expectations. From the time I made an online appointment to the completion of the job, communication was excellent from everyone in administration to the technician. Kyle Kearny emailed us a summary of his background and called on the day we expected him to indicate he could be here earlier than our appointment. He came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 45 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. I called Precision to let the office know how delighted I am with their service as well as Kyle's performance. This comes after my waiting all day for a technician from Sears, who never showed up and never called until noon two days after an appointment.

Disaster struck today when my garage door broke. Called Precision and was happy to hear they could send someone out. Ferdinand Kazimov (the tech) called and showed up on time, and man let me tell you what a game changer he was. EXTREMELY professional, polite, and super talented. Luck would have it that I got him since his route is usually NJ., but what sets him apart from all others, he takes pride in his work. Cable lines were clean and securely hidden, pulley's properly aligned, and springs properly installed the correct way so no damage will occur if they were ever to break. I asked him if he liked working for the company and his reply was "his bosses treated him better at this job than any other." I have found that is often the case with successful companies.

Booked Precision after watching YouTube video they posted and it seemed they were a down to earth company. To be fair I was at work when they came, and it might have been better if I had been home. Ended up needing much more than expected and without time to digest salesperson was annoyed when I asked a question. Basically person's approach was here are your options, just decide, and if you dont replace X your door could cause severe damage if it breaks. In a vacuum not sure how their pricing is, additional parts that I needed, added a significant additional cost, but when I researched later the price of these items, the parts were relatively moderate. Garage door is working fine, so maybe it was the right decision just wish the person was respectful of my question.

I inherited my old garage door system 11 years ago when I purchased my home. It's held up well until recently and I wasn't sure who could help fix or repair the chain and parts. I found out about Precision on the internet and was impressed with the reviews. Rob called first to confirm, was curtious, arrived earlier than expected and explained all of my options in detail. He replaced the old unit and put on a garage door system that suited my needs. I needed simple without, Apps, Wi-Fi, etc. He offered just that - New Gargage Door opener system with battery operated key pad and remotes. I am totally satisfied. So far everything works well! ????

This is a very professionally run company. They really have their act together. From the time you make your appointment, the follow-up for arrival times, the courteous and skilled serviceman, ease of payment and all electronic receipts of work completed and your warranty. I had a garage serviceman for over 20 years and he retired...so very happy that I gave Precision Garage Door a call. My technician was Soner “Sonny” Erol and he was here to evaluate why the door was getting so noisy. He arrives with a truck full of parts and got right to work checking things over. Determined what the problem was and then explained how we could choose to repair the problem. Sonny was on time, friendly, and skilled at his craft. Need more people in the world like this who strive to do a top notch job, care about the quality of their work, and make the customer happy. You can tell when someone is proud to represent the company they work for. Would recommend Precision and Sonny to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

Leonardo R is one if it's kind. Very professional, punctual, and hard working. He called me and gave me his arrival time and again called and said he's on his way and will be in 20 minutes. Jacob, my Precision door guy could not have been nicer and more accommodating in helping me with our sudden garage door problem! though he did get hung up at a prior call, he was in touch with me and extremely apologetic when he arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by roaming into new territory, never having had a garage door malfunction before. We plan to replace the door and these guys are my first (and only) choice!
