I called Precision Garage Door after our old garage door opener suddenly quit working. Ashley quickly booked an appointment for the same day to have someone come out to look at the opener. Luis R was extremely communicative regarding his arrival time. Upon arriving, Luis immediately got to work on diagnosing the problem. Upon inspection, my old opener could not be repaired due to its age. Luis was very transparent in explaining my options to replace the opener and the pricing associated with the options. He did not try to upsell me and provided me candid, honest feedback. I selected a new opener and an inspection package and Luis immediately began the new installation. Within two hours, Luis had installed the new opener and performed the service of the door pulleys. Luis then took time to assist me in programing the exterior opener as well as syncing the opener with my vehicle opening system. I cannot speak highly enough of Luis R and the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Thank you Precision, well done!

Precision does it right! Our Precision garage door was installed many years ago, but we needed to get a new garage door opening system (of a company that is no longer in business). We were able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion. Mike K., our technician, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After the installation, he took the time to explain the system very thoroughly. We recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

Our technician, Luis Rodriguez, came on time and was very friendly and professional. We had an issue with a roller wheel coming out of the rails of the garage door. The piece that holds the roller wheel was bent, so Luis di the necessary work to replace that bent bracket. Have used Precision in the past, and have always been impressed by their professionalism and courteous and knowledgeable employees.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Precision! My garage door broke on Saturday evening. I called and immediately got through to a rep, Anthony. I explained what happened, he gave me a quote, and then was scheduled for a Sunday appointment between 12 pm - 4 pm with Jeff, one of their technicians. On Sunday I was texted with regular updates on Jeff’s schedule. Jeff arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and fixed my garage door perfectly. The bill was exactly what I was quoted. Also, Jeff was friendly, courteous, and a complete professional. My garage door was fixed in less than 24 hours after I called Precision on a Saturday evening! The service was prompt, reliable, and professional. The technician discussed our options with us in a clear way and did the work efficiently. In addition to needing the spring replaced, we learned that our rollers and motor were also on their last legs. My only complaint is the cost of a new garage door motor but that is not on the technician. It just was a little bit of sticker shock. We have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will turn to them for any future isssues.
