We discovered our garage door wouldn’t open early in the morning as we prepared to leave for work with our vehicle stuck inside. We quickly scrambled to find a repair company and were able to quickly book an appt with Precision for the same day. When the technician Alex got stuck at a job and was going to be later than the 4 hour window allotted, he called to let me know which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was professional and helpful in diagnosing the issue and proposing the needed repairs. It took a couple of hours, but our garage door seems to be working good again.

My garage door was squealing badly so I took advantage of you service call fee waiver promotion to adress the issue. Justin was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. With that said your pricing was exorbitant, 557 dollars to replace four rollers on the door was excessive. One hour labor and minimal parts replaced. I definitely recommed shopping it around and find a more reasonable option.
