I am a returning customer. Cable on garage door opener broke. Car was outside and it was therefor, not an emergency. I called late afternoon and they came within 24 hours. They were very professional and offered me a few options. Door was again operatable in about one hour. Second garage door was serviced. I was very pleased with the garage door repairs that Aleksei performed. He was very professional in explaining what was the problem with the garage door. He explained clearly what was required to fix the problem. The door is now working very well after he repaired the mechanism including the springs and wiring.

We had Precision Door install a new motor and ancillary equipment for our garage door 8 years ago. It has worked very well, and no significant repairs were ever required. Today a spring broke through normal water & tear. A maintenance technician arrived within an hour of my call. He had all required parts in his van and was able to install a new spring and get the garage door operating perfectly in very little time. I highly recommend Precision Door products and service.

Today, the cable that attaches the spring to the bottom bracket to the garage door snapped. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to send a technician, Kyle, who came after his last service call of the day. He showed me that the rust on the bottom bracket had rusted the cable where it used to attach, causing it to snap. He replaced both bottom brackets and cables and showed us what to do to maintain the moving parts by spraying with a Silicone spray every 3 months. This was not the first time we used Precision. They are professionals and they also explain what needs to be done and why, before beginning any repairs. I highly recommend them.
