We worked with Hector from Precision today & it could not have been a better experience. Hector, our service technician, was knowledable, friendly, & arrived 20 minues early. We had a new garage door opener installed. Our home is "older" so working on it has challenges. Hector was outstanding with adjusting for an 80 plus year old home. He made sure everything worked perfectly. The work area was left cleaner than before. Getting our garage door "looked at" was something we had been putting off for a few years. We are very happy with the service all around at Precision and are glad our wait brought us to them. In these days of forgotten customer service, happy to say Precision has outstanding customer server down pat! If you need a garage door repair or whatever, don't delay & give Precision a call. Hands down the best home service company of any type. I wish all home service providers emulated Precision. They’re responsive, responsible, show up, are courteous, and execute while importantly standing by their products! I had a complete garage door system installed fifteen years ago. The service has always been impeccable. The past few days my garage door was not opening or closing properly. "Lewis" arrived and determined that after fifteen years it was time for a new motor head, which he installed along with a new car remote, an attached to the garage outside remote, and an inside opener/closer. Lewis was very pleasant and did an exceptional job. "Precision" has been the only garage door company I've ever used and will continue to so be.

I chose you because you installed our beautiful door back in 2021. I was nervous about booking on-line but the day and time I asked for worked out well. I received a call from Hector who told me that he would arrive in 20 minutes. This allowed me to move my car from the driveway so that he could pull his truck in. I showed him my 20-year-old "Craftsman 3/4 HP" opener with its broken chain which was on its last legs. He came up with a number of solutions. Since it was a lightweight door, I chose the new motor with 1 HP, and he recommended lubricating the rollers and an alignment of the track. The job took only an hour and a half. It also came with a new keypad and 2 new remote openers. The door now runs smoothly and quietly and has a nice long warranty. When our garage door malfunctioned, I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon. A live person picked up and offered a same-day appointment. But as we attending a wedding that day, I requested an appointment the following day. I was given a time window of 10am to 2pm, and at 10:23am I received a courtesy call from the technician, Luis, that he was 10 minutes away. Luis arrived and surveyed the situation. I knew that one of the springs had broken, but requested that both be replaced. Luis also took the time to carefully explain other potential problems and suggested replacing the cables, drums, rollers, and a couple of plates. As the parts were all almost 30 years old, it made sense to me to replace all these items. Upon my approval of the cost, Luis began work immediately, replacing all the indicated components. He worked very efficiently, completing all the work by 12:45pm, and reviewed in detail everything that had been done. I was provided with a detailed invoice. Our garage door now works perfectly, and the work included a 7-year warranty. I am very pleased with Precision, in their communications with me, and especially with Luis, who is a very knowledgeable and capable technician, and who patiently explained everything to me, both before and after the work was done. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing work done on their garage door.

We quickly scrambled to find a repair company and were able to quickly book an appt with Precision for the same day. When the technician Alex got stuck at a job and was going to be later than the 4 hour window allotted, he called to let me know which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was professional and helpful in diagnosing the issue and proposing the needed repairs. It took a couple of hours, but our garage door seems to be working good again.

My garage door was squealing badly so I took advantage of you service call fee waiver promotion to adress the issue. Justin was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. With that said your pricing was exorbitant, 557 dollars to replace four rollers on the door was excessive. One hour labor and minimal parts replaced. I definitely recommed shopping it around and find a more reasonable option.
