The service was prompt, reliable, and professional. The technician discussed our options with us in a clear way and did the work efficiently. In addition to needing the spring replaced, we learned that our rollers and motor were also on their last legs. My only complaint is the cost of a new garage door motor but that is not on the technician. It just was a little bit of sticker shock. We have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will turn to them for any future isssues.

I had a great experience with Precision. They were quick to make a appointment and handled the repair the same day. I had a broke tension spring which they replaced within an hour or so. Mike the tech was really easy to work with and did a great job. He went over everything with me and was extremely polite and professional. He answered every question and concern I had. Great guy (Mike K): valuable advises and consulting, showing all possible options to get the garage door up and running again, very transparent, result of the work certainly "sounds" great (not that noisy anymore when he garage opens), let's hope it is sustainable, but it looks like. He had to exchange a lot of the hardware.
