Disaster struck today when my garage door broke. Called Precision and was happy to hear they could send someone out. Ferdinand Kazimov (the tech) called and showed up on time, and man let me tell you what a game changer he was. EXTREMELY professional, polite, and super talented. Luck would have it that I got him since his route is usually NJ., but what sets him apart from all others, he takes pride in his work. Cable lines were clean and securely hidden, pulley's properly aligned, and springs properly installed the correct way so no damage will occur if they were ever to break. I asked him if he liked working for the company and his reply was "his bosses treated him better at this job than any other." I have found that is often the case with successful companies.

They explained what we needed and after we agreed on the garage door opener that would best fit our needs, they got to work and installed a garage door opener with remote control and sensors and great overhead lighting.
