I am a returning customer. Cable on garage door opener broke. Car was outside and it was therefor, not an emergency. I called late afternoon and they came within 24 hours. They were very professional and offered me a few options. Door was again operatable in about one hour. Second garage door was serviced. I am very impressed by the A+ service of your company and your technician Mr. Aleksei Coss. After getting an online appointment, I was kept updated by the scheduled arrival via email and text and was even sent an short bio of Mr. Coss beforehand. Mr. Coss was extremely professional and courteous when we met. He inspected and offered quality assessment and repair recommendations. After I agreed to the repair, he speedily replaced the pair of garage door springs, cables and pulleys. I was sent an electronic invoice and customer survey shortly after he departed. I cannot be more pleased and would happily recommend Mr. Coss and Precision Garage Doors service to my friends and neighbors. I would rate it a six-star experience.

Brian came very promptly. He assessed the situation and assured me that he was confident that he would fix the problem. It turned out to be the wiring (which he didn’t charge me for the actual wire). He told me the repair amount and also greased and lubed up the areas that need attention. He also adjusted the tension sprocket for the springs. You showed me that if something would happen in the near future, they would come out again and address the issue. He was professional and informative. The only problem I had was the price, probably because I’m a little too cheap and always want stuff for free LOL. Although I suppose $180 is a small price to pay for the comfort of knowing that your garage will close when it should.
