I give you FIVE stars. My Genie garage door opener stopped operating completely. I called on Monday requesting a service call. Your technician was at my house today, Tuesday at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem, installed a new part, reprogrammed my remote control, and was done in one hour! The technician was extremely polite and friendly and totally professional! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Tim, a capable Technician did a good job re-cabling the door and replacing the rollers to restore smooth door operation with some higher quality parts (rollers,lift cables, and springs). After reconsideration of the price to repair a single door for $750 is however a bit much, and although your Tech's 'Know-How' is a Plus I hesitate to recommend your Service when it comes to cost, which I feel was excessive...so not a 5. On second thought I probably should have gotten a second cost estimate.
