From the start ordering and having the new door installed was easy and effortless on my behalf thanks to Precision. When i noticed a strange sound and some slack in chain i called them. They got back to me in minute's and had a technician at my home in just under 2 days time. He was kind, courteous and professional. He explained the problem and corrected it. The technician, Justin, was informative, and friendly yet very professional and efficient. I appreciated that he explained not only what needed to be replaced but why since it was not something that was obvious to me before I called for service. For the price I love the quality and the service. Everyone was great from the sales man to the ladies in the office. I had an issue with the new door opener not working properly and it was resolved in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company and I don't do that often.
