The technician Justin Young was professional and great, he resolved the problem. But the repair price for replacing the rollers was pricey, if it wasn't for a medical condition, I would have replaced it myself. At the end the problem was solved. Thank you, technician Justin Young.

I had a new door put in 2 yrs ago Julian did an excellent job and also synced my 2 cars. Yesterday 2 guys came to check safety lights and sync new car. Ended up putting new rubber bottom. Good job However wanted $254 to sync new car. RIDICULOUS. Ended up doing it myself

The response in getting someone to our home was amazing and very timely. Within 24 hours a repair technician was at our home. He contacted us prior to his arrival and clearly kept us up to date as to his estimated time he would actually arrive. He was quick in completing the repair and cleaned up at the completion of the work performed. He was also very polite. That said, hecreplaced one broken spring and one working spring. He also replaced the broken operating cable associated with the broken spring Our only complaint was the exorbitant fee charged to perform less than 40 minutes of work. For the price quoted we opted to replace only the four rollers which he indicated needed replacement. The charge he technician quoted to replace the additional 6 original rollers was approximately $250.00 more. After speaking to our neighbors they all agreed that the proposed pricing for the replacement of all the rollers was ridiculous and should have been included in the price we paid. Suffice is to say that the we felt that we paid more than a a fair price for the amount of time it took to make the repair. The company should have replaced all the rollers at the price point paid.

Regardless of the rescheduling issue, interactions with the Precision management, office staff and on-site service agents were always professional and personable. Jacob, my Precision door guy could not have been nicer and more accommodating in helping me with our sudden garage door problem! though he did get hung up at a prior call, he was in touch with me and extremely apologetic when he arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by roaming into new territory, never having had a garage door malfunction before. We plan to replace the door and these guys are my first (and only) choice!

Reinaldo and Greg were great. Showed up right when they said they’d be here, fast work - very friendly and professional. Thanks for sending them! Only reason for the 4 stars is that the door wasn’t cut to correct size first time they came, and now that it’s installed there’s a bar across the inside of the windows which I didn’t know about ahead of time. Not the installers fault at all, but it would’ve been good to have been told about it beforehand from the company.

Great experience with Precision. They came on a weekend which was very convenient, and did same day service replacing springs and a door opener. Prices are clearly higher than doing it yourself, but it was great to have a pro who knew what he was doing. Great service.
