I chose Precision because Angies List had a discounted repair coupon which I bought. They scheduled me earlier in the week since my garage door was not working at all. They came exactly at 5 o'clock and repaired the garage door.

This was a great experience. Christina was very helpful in the phone in her product recommendation and scheduling the appointment. The technician showed up EARLY!!!! and the work was done under 2 1/2 hours. He was very clear in explaining the new openers and recommending repairs that need to be done on the actual garage doors. I would definitely recommend your service. My apologies that I do not recall the installer.

The service technician was very polite and seemed honest the way he represented himself as a company representative. He explained what to be done with my garage problem. He speaks with conviction ,giving advantages and disadvantages between the parts to be replaced and he wanted to be sure that I understood . He waited patiently for my decision . He is not the type of pushing /pressuring customer to buy the expensive parts or the one he likes. He deals with me professionally.

Justin replaced the springs on my garage door with the correct ones. He came within the time indicated, called me before coming and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also gave me some excellent advice concerning the care of my garage door. The price was higher then I expected, but given the quality of the work, I feel that it was worth it.

Your technician was knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. The door did not reverse direction when a 1" piece of wood was used across the floor track as suggested in the manual. He indicated that even if the door did not pass this test it was not defective. (?) I had the opportunity to show him how to program the remote to control the lights (following the manual)He showed how to operate the door manually in case of power failure and to program the code on the outdoor control. All in all it was a good visit.

I was very pleased with the service and followup. I needed new springs and they ordered them and in 2 days they installed the new springs and I was able to get my cars safely outside. Travis was a professional and did a great job. He was clean and courteous and explained everything to me so I would know what to expect.
