Hello Doug, The door is safe now. I was not able to afford the whole repair at this time. I was a little suprised how expensive it was. Bought new door and opener. The salesman and the installation crew were very knowledgible and courteous. Did a clean and good installation and was willing to complete the job per my request. Did not hurry up and leave until they explained the operation and went thru the entire installation patiently. Very pleased.

Tim, a capable Technician did a good job re-cabling the door and replacing the rollers to restore smooth door operation with some higher quality parts (rollers,lift cables, and springs). After reconsideration of the price to repair a single door for $750 is however a bit much, and although your Tech's 'Know-How' is a Plus I hesitate to recommend your Service when it comes to cost, which I feel was excessive...so not a 5. On second thought I probably should have gotten a second cost estimate.
