I was in a dire need to find a garage door service ASAP. My door wouldn't open when I needed to go out. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and to my amazement the kind customer service rep gave me the next day appointment early am. Louise was our technician.He quickly diagnosed the issue , explained clearly what he needs to do to fix it. He also presented an alternative that was to install a new system. He went step by step what it would involve, the price and the time he would have to spend here. Not only we changed my side opener but also my husband's. We found Louis to professional, smart, articulate & cordial. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and of course, Precision Garage Door. Joanna

weekend appointments, excellent ad in phone book. Technician arrived on time and he was knowledgeable and courteous. Repairs and installation finished within the timetable he gave us. Worn springs replaced and purchased new remotes and keypads.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. The garage door was unbalanced causing the track to bow. Brian (familiar with the opener model) immediately knew the problem and was able to fix it within an hour or so. The door now opens and closes without a hitch. thanks!

tito did a very good job and is a good representative of your firm. he is polite, on time and professional. overall i am very satisfied and will use you again. can i ask a favor though. after tito left and i opened and closed the door , i noticed there was some light coming from the bottom of the door i.e., the door wasn't really coming to rest on the ground...i'am probably talking fractions of an inch. i preferably would like it flush to help keep out the cold as well as small unwelcomed animals. can i have tito stop and ensure it is flush with the ground? thank you.
