Outstanding response to scheduling repair. Great communicaiton about reminders of service call and alerts when technician was arriving, including map locator. Workmanship was efficient, clean and carefully executed. I highly recommend this company. The technician explained everything in detail and delivered exactly as he described. We had used Precision a while ago to repair our garage door and were very pleased with their service. This morning, when I thought my garage door didn't sound quite right, I immediately called Precision and was able to get a same day appointment at a time convenient to my schedule. The technician, Michael, called when he was on the way, arrived promptly, was very courteous and most, importantly, very competent. I am so glad that having Precision service my garage door makes it one less thing for me to worry about!

Rick, our technician, was quite knowledgeable, explained what he planned to do in detail, and greatly improved the performance of our garage doors. Although it cost a little more than expected it was well worth. Rick also went out of his way to program the remote in one of our cars so that we can both use the remote. That was great.

Travis called in the morning to say more specifically when he would arrive and he did, exactly on time. He was very professional and pleasant. Travis looked over the entire mechanism and quickly assessed the problem. He was able to quickly and cleverly remedy the problem. The garage door seems to be working very well and very quietly. We are very satisfied.

Website looked great. We had an old, "problem" door that took awhile to fix, but our technician was very competent, got it working just perfectly, and, when the job was done, he explained everything we needed to know about the new motor, remotes, etc. (We had a new motor, new springs, rollers, cables, etc. installed. Basically, we had everything replaced except the door itself and the tracks on which it runs.) A complicated job! Thanks for the good service!

One of your representatives, Travis T made a service call because our garage door wasn't working properly. He was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, and very professional. The garage door started working again(!) and we've decided not to do the repairs immediately but we will definitely come back to your company again when the time comes.
