Precision is the most responsive and easy to deal with service company I work with. Scheduling is easy, the technicians call ahead and show up when they are supposed to. He showed me options and never pressured me. Finally, he took the time to set up the app so I could open and close the door with my phone. Precision made it very easy to set up the appointment. Aleksei was awesome! My garage door had multiple issues which he was able to diagnose and resolve in less than an hour. This after a different company tried, on three different occasions, to fix the door but couldn’t. He also explained what was causing the problems and what I should look out for moving forward. We have experienced louder noises and inconsistent closures (not evenly on ground at closing). Tom, our tech guy, called to see if we could start the process earlier. He did a thorough investigation of equipment, and offered a variety of options to address the issues. Once the option was determined, completed the equipment repairs and replacement quickly and efficiently. He even help install the door opener into our car’s system replacing the need for remotes. Tom is friendly, efficient, informative, and patient when discussing a variety of approaches without a hard sell. Really easy to schedule appointment also. Strongly recommend!

Precision technician Julian Villamor showed up on a Sunday afternoon to fix my broken and aging garage door. In short order, and with a friendly manner, he replaced the springs and motor, providing new remotes, and turned what had been a liability that creaking when it opened into an asset that barely whispers. It was literally a godsend, well worth the cost.

I was very impressed by the service received with Precision. From the very beginning on the phone, the lady took care of my call efficiently and then emailed reminders of my appointment to come. When the two technicians came, Lio and Soner, they were extremely polite, professional and patient with me. They not only solved my problem but identified potential ones and emailed me immediately the two possible solutions with quotes for each situation. My cleaning lady who was working with me that day, told me when they left that she was impressed as well by their work and asked for the information. I kept their card on my garage panel for easy access so she took a photo! She knows people in construction who might be interested in this quality of work and professionalism. She is herself of a very high standard in her work so for her to show an interest in this company is a bonus and another excellent sign. I will definitively continue to work with Precision and will recommend whenever I have the chance!
