Aleksei was awesome! My garage door had multiple issues which he was able to diagnose and resolve in less than an hour. This after a different company tried, on three different occasions, to fix the door but couldn’t. He also explained what was causing the problems and what I should look out for moving forward. I’ll definitely use Precision for all of my future garage door needs.

We have experienced louder noises and inconsistent closures (not evenly on ground at closing). Tom, our tech guy, called to see if we could start the process earlier. He did a thorough investigation of equipment, and offered a variety of options to address the issues. Once the option was determined, completed the equipment repairs and replacement quickly and efficiently. He even help install the door opener into our car’s system replacing the need for remotes. Tom is friendly, efficient, informative, and patient when discussing a variety of approaches without a hard sell. Really easy to schedule appointment also. Strongly recommend!

Precision technician Julian Villamor showed up on a Sunday afternoon to fix my broken and aging garage door. In short order, and with a friendly manner, he replaced the springs and motor, providing new remotes, and turned what had been a liability that creaking when it opened into an asset that barely whispers. It was literally a godsend, well worth the cost.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was chosen because it was nearby to us. Very professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. Our car was trapped and service came right away, same day. Julian, our repair person, was both skilled and personable. The bill was so reasonable too. We would call them again if needed. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your company. However, Kyle's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Kyle K needs to be given a pay rise, a salary increase. P.S. I would give Kyle 10 stars.

First, I had no idea a co existed just for garage doors! So Precision was just a very lucky find. From start to finish, service was reliable, professional, and overall terrific. I was very impressed by the service received with Precision. From the very beginning on the phone, the lady took care of my call efficiently and then emailed reminders of my appointment to come. When the two technicians came, Lio and Soner, they were extremely polite, professional and patient with me. They not only solved my problem but identified potential ones and emailed me immediately the two possible solutions with quotes for each situation. My cleaning lady who was working with me that day, told me when they left that she was impressed as well by their work and asked for the information. I kept their card on my garage panel for easy access so she took a photo! She knows people in construction who might be interested in this quality of work and professionalism. She is herself of a very high standard in her work so for her to show an interest in this company is a bonus and another excellent sign. I will definitively continue to work with Precision and will recommend whenever I have the chance!

Leo was at our house today to look at the two garage doors, which had stopped working. We assumed this had something to do with the garage-opening system. We were wrong! After checking the entire system, Leo determined that there was no power running to the garage, which is detached. In fact, we had an electrical problem. We never would have known to call an electrician if Leo hadn't made this determination. All the while, he was courteous, good-humored and very conscientious. As his office had told us when we set up the appointment, we received a phone call from Leo about thirty minutes before his arrival. From the moment he greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. Leo deservedly gets high marks from us, as does Precision Door.

The technician, Michael, found that a bracket from the previous installation had no lateral strength and caused the door to buckle as it came down. He went right to work and forty minutes later he had created and installed fully reinforced brackets on both sides of the door. He went above and beyond what was required, and I am completely satisfied.

Mike G. did a great job! He, unlike the other folks sent by Precision Garage to fix the garage door which Precision had installed, quickly identified and solved the problem with the installation. He also showed me features of the door no one else had informed me of.

I'm very pleased with the service that Mike, Greg and Julian delivered. Mike diagnosed the problem with our garage door and opener, and tried to keep them running until the new door arrived. He was very courteous and customer oriented, answering every question I asked. Greg and Julian did a careful and professional job removing our old door and opener, and installing new ones. They went to a lot of trouble to change the position of one panel of the door after I realized that I chose a wrong position for the windows. I would recommend all 3 technicians !!!
