Outstanding! I was able to schedule an appointment right away, I received an email confirming the appointment, including the name, photo and "bio" of the service technician. My technician, Travis, called when he was en route, arrived as scheduled, and explained my options regarding the work to be done. He had everything he needed, completed the work quickly and my garage door is like new. In this day and age, when absolutely anyone can go online and call themselves a professional, it's refreshing to do business with people who are prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Travis!

The company had to reschedule the initial appointment, but the technician showed on time the next time, was courteous and knowledgeable. I could have given a "4" because of the reschedule, but they called me within the appointment window so I wasn't waiting all day. Everything else was top notch.

When the garage door wouldn't close today I looked on Angies list and found Precision garage door service rated at the top of their list. I wasn't disappointed. I called at around 2:pm and was told they could send someone to me by 5:00. I then got an e-mail confirmation with the name of the technician and his picture. Travis arrived at 3:30. He explained the problem in great detail, and showed me what the problem was. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door quite quickly. I couldn't have asked for more - and will never use another company for our garage door!

After calling the office and trying to figure out how to reprogram our garage door code over the phone, the company sent us Travis, who had originally installed it. He called us that morning to say he would come earlier rather then later. As before, he was able to show us what to do.
