After calling the office and trying to figure out how to reprogram our garage door code over the phone, the company sent us Travis, who had originally installed it. He called us that morning to say he would come earlier rather then later. As before, he was able to show us what to do. Travis was friendly and quite competent and willing to go the extra mile to help.

When the garage door wouldn't close today I looked on Angies list and found Precision garage door service rated at the top of their list. I wasn't disappointed. I called at around 2:pm and was told they could send someone to me by 5:00. I then got an e-mail confirmation with the name of the technician and his picture. Travis arrived at 3:30. He explained the problem in great detail, and showed me what the problem was. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door quite quickly. I couldn't have asked for more - and will never use another company for our garage door!
