Leonardo called me to let me know what time he would be here and then called me when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was kind and courteous and the utmost professional. I truly felt like I was in good hands. He gave me several options of what would work for me. It is very rare these days when you feel like someone is being honest and not trying to take advantage of the situation. I decided to replace the garage door opener, he had one on the truck & did it right on the spot. I was very impressed with the entire interaction and would not hesitate to recommend this company, and if you’re lucky enough to have Leonardo come to you, you’ll understand what I’m talking about!

We were extremely satisfied with the prompt service from Leo and Alex. They were both very professional, respectful and arrived at the time Leo said they would. After assessing our problems, he gave us clear and precise details as to what would need to be done. Our initial problem was fixed quickly and we made some additional steps to replace a damage garage door. Leo also fixed our outdoor remote and programmed my opener for my car. We wish all companies were as well organized as Precision.
