Quick response to my original inquiry. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The team had communicated with me via text, and email to confirm my appointment and then sent a reminder the day before. Day of, the team called to say the technician would be arriving within the scheduled window. The technician, Mike, called when he was on his way. He was extremely professional and courteous. He explained all of my options without pressuring me in any particular direction. He completed the agreed upon work very quickly and efficiently and explained how everything worked prior to leaving. Overall, an excellent experience and would highly recommend their services.

Have used a lot of service companies for the 15 years we've been in Westchester. Have NEVER had a more responsive professional company than Precision Door! Mike was our service tech and he was more knowledgeable than anyone in the industry! The spring on our door snapped and caused damage. Precision was the only one of five garage door companies that had telephone rep answer the call on a Saturday afternoon. They had Mike come out on a Sunday without any extra charge. Again, I give Precision Door the HIGHEST recommendation available.

Brian and the Precision team did an excellent job. They kept me appraised of their arrival time which was in the promised window. Once he arrived he clearly explained what he was doing at each phase of the work. This was repair to a door they had installed just over 5 years ago. They confirmed that the spring that broken were still covered by their warranty and replaced both the broken spring and the other one as is their standard. He also recommended some maintenance which, due to the high traffic of our garage, I opted for. He was quick, professional and very courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.

I have always used Precision to repair or replace my garage door. Mike and Lio were not only very knowledgeable but also extremely courteous. They explained everything in detail and I have every confidence the door will be installed quickly and professionally (Happy to update after installation). My experience with Precision Door Service was 5 stars from the beginning call for service, to the final handshake from Mike & Mike! I appreciated the explanation as to not only what the suggested repairs are, but why they are being recommended. With new hardware installed I don't anticipate having to call Precision Door Service again, but if I do have an issue I now have a great company to call. Thank you Mike & Mike!

Phone response was quick and efficient. Michael the technician, fixed the stuck door and then put in 2 light bulbs, reprogramed the remote, programed the clock and my dog loved him! I couldn't have had a better experience!

I installed Precision doors in 2011 and it has been absolutely seamless ever since. The doors look great, the hardware has sustained time and I couldn't been more pleased with my purchase. One of my garage lights went out and Michael and Leo came over yesterday to fix it. I called in the morning, they came 2 hours later and took 20 minutes (if that long) to install a new socket and bulb. The added benefit was they greased all the hardware while they were here. They both are very efficient and pleasant to work with and had the right equipment on the truck. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them highly. Denise

Installer was knowledgeable and efficient. The new garage door opener works as expected and intended. The only problem was in scheduling - I was told he would arrive between 10 and 12, and he did not arrive until 5, although he called periodically to keep me advised of his progress with other jobs prior to mine. Overall it was worth the wait and I am satisfied with the product and the service.

Let me start by saying I spent 30 years in customer service before switching to higher education, and because of that experience my expectations are rather high. I called Precision based on a recommendation and I can say in all honesty I have never experienced this level of customer service and satisfaction. My technician, Mike G, called to say he would be at my home at a certain time and arrived almost to the minute. It was a pleasure having Mike G assigned as my technician as he was nothing less than exceptional. This gentleman took every measure to ensure that this experience was impeccable from start to finish, which included assessing the garage door problem immediately, explaining the problem in detail, and presenting me with options while explaining each one. The new garage door system was installed in less than one hour, which in itself is amazing; Mike then took the time to explain how to use each component of the new system. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in outstanding customer service. I have no doubt whatsoever that I will turn to Precision for any future needs. Once again it was a pleasure doing business with Precision, and especially Mike G. You have earned my trust and my loyalty and I will strongly recommend Precision Door Service to friends, family, and colleagues. Mike G did something that few people do--exceeded my expectations!
