Mike Kelleher did maintenance on the door and replaced the motor and keypads. He did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He also set up my car to open the door. The person who came over was terrific! My door stopped working last night and they were at my home by 10:A.M. the following morning. I had to replace two motors and he was able to replace them immediately. There were options that he gave me to choose from ranging in different prices. He fixed the doors in two hours and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so upbeat and pleasant to work with.

It’s a big deal when you have a full day of appointments and activities planned and you can’t open your garage door!! A quick call to Precision lessened my anxiety. I was quickly given an appointment and choice of times as well as directions to open it manually. It’s clear that Precission values your time because I received a call from Brian Birchler, my service supervisor, letting me know where he was at that point in his jobs and when he would arrive. This bright young man was exceptional in every way! He assessed, explained and gave options for the repair. Once I chose, I was given a timeframe and courteous updates as work progressed. Kudos to Precission for attracting such talented employees and to Brian for 5 star plus work!
