He gave me a preliminary quote and fixed everything without any additional parts and looked over the whole system. The technician Mike Kelleher arrived on the early end of the window and called before to let me know when he'd be here. When he arrived he thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my keypad and inspected the system. He replaced the keypad and tuned the mechanism up. He was pleasant and professional in every way.
