Most of all, he was professional. He explained what I needed for today's garage door tune up. He kept me updated throughout the process. Additionally, David made suggestions regarding replacement doors. He left brochures for me to review. I definitely will buy my replacement doors from Precision Garage Door Service very soon. We first used Precision Door in 2013. Visit on July 24, 2025 was excellent, Repairman was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. (He replaced the backup battery and also did some greasing of the main track and the hinges on the door sections.)
