I could not have been more pleased with the excellent service we received. Alex knew his job very well. He was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful on instructing us on the use of the new equipment. We used your company in Sept. 2023 and were so pleased with your service that we knew who to call when we had another problem. I would highly recommend your company. Please thank the 2 men for their great service.

My husband and I purchased a Precision Garage Door many years ago when we first purchased our home. Alek Berk was the service technician that arrived at our home. Wow! How lucky we were to have him assigned to our service call! Alek was professional, prompt, friendly, engaging and a wonderful young man. Alek quickly diagnosed our problem as a broken spring and immediately went to work to repair it. Alek provided outstanding customer service. We would call and request him for any future service calls. Thank you Alek!

Precision was easy to work with to set up an appointment and our technician Alex showed up promptly within the appointed window. Alex was great - he inspected the garage door and components, walked through the items that needed to be addressed, answered all our questions, and then put together multiple quotes that gave us the option as to the level of work we wanted done. After he completed the repairs he walked us through the completed work. We had an excellent experience with Precision and highly recommend them.

Had a seamless experience. Called in the am and same day had Alex out to replace all of the defective parts causing a loud noise and shaking when opening the door. Now it's opens perfectly quiet. Wish I'd called sooner!

Alex came and assessed the problem. I needed a new motor. He had 3 on his truck and explained each one. He installed the one I picked, the keypad, and explained everything thoroughly. He is a very friendly young man and I wouldn't hesitate to request him if I have a problem in the future.

I just replaced the rollers hoping the garage door would closes smoothly, it didn’t. I expected the problem was with uneven tension on the extension springs. I called Precision and their technician Alex Berk arrived well within the time expected to examine. After much examination he concluded my summation was correct. Alex worked both professionally and efficiently to correct the problem. He was not satisfied until the door worked perfectly. Door now closes smoothly and quietly. I am exceedingly satisfied with the work Alex did and would recommend Precision again.

I was given estimate of $264 to just change the cables with no warranty on the work and would deduct the $69 service charge from that amount. Then the second estimate was for $434 with a three year warranty and would not deduct the service charge from that total. That was for replacing the cables and the four rollers. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

Your company is truly great. They replaced my garage door and it is excellent. Now I want a new piece of rubber along the bottom of the door to prevent water from entering into the garage. The workman examined everything, gave me a proposal to review and then to decide what to do. He made it easy to understand and priced it right. Diane Senderoff

I received the call telling me 30 minutes before the tech arrived. Alex was on time. He took 5 minutes to asses the issue and then before doing the work told me what was involved and how much it would cost. He then did the work quickly and the doors are now working great! Great Service.
