My door went kaput at 7 pm last evening. I went to the web, saw the company had ability to respond 24/7. I called at 7:30 P.M. and booked an appointment for the next day! I was scheduled for noon to 4 but they called in the morning to see if they could arrive at 9:15 a.m. 30 minutes before he arrived I received a picture of the rep and his bio for better security. The service rep Kyle was awesome. He explained all the service options, for every part and the costs. He did not push any product but explained every pro and con of each item and allowed me to selected the best combinations for my needs and budget. He finished in 3 hours, and then helped set up the automatic wifi system on my iphone and my wife's. It could not have worked out better. Highly recommend their service.

Your company is truly great. They replaced my garage door and it is excellent. Now I want a new piece of rubber along the bottom of the door to prevent water from entering into the garage. The workman examined everything, gave me a proposal to review and then to decide what to do. He made it easy to understand and priced it right. Diane Senderoff

Precision technician Julian Villamor showed up on a Sunday afternoon to fix my broken and aging garage door. In short order, and with a friendly manner, he replaced the springs and motor, providing new remotes, and turned what had been a liability that creaking when it opened into an asset that barely whispers. It was literally a godsend, well worth the cost.

My first experience with Precision Door was in 2022. I was completely satisfied with the service I received beginning with my initial phone call to your office. I was extremely pleased with the technician; he was both courteous and very knowledgeable. I required the services of the technician this year and, again, was extremely pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend the services of your company to family and friends.

Very happy with the work done by this form. Company sent a tech the day after I asked for help - they could have sent someone the same day. I was kept in the loop in terms of the arrival window. The technician listened to my concerns and came up with two proposals to address the problem. The price was fair. Two door sensors were replaced and the opener works fine.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was chosen because it was nearby to us. Very professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. Our car was trapped and service came right away, same day. Julian, our repair person, was both skilled and personable. The bill was so reasonable too. We would call them again if needed. Kyle our tech was amazing. I had backed into the door and thought for sure it would need to be replaced, but he repaired it to look almost as good as new so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Kyle was on time, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Any time I have an issue with my garage doors, I go directly to Precision - I wouldn’t consider using any other company!
