Alex and Carl were amazing - I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone experiencing any garage door issues. I wanted a quote & they were quick to provide an entire inspection of everything, not just the quote I was seeking. I'm not an easy sell & they were able to respectfully provide experienced feedback on my current situation. The prices were all reasonable & the needed parts were right in the truck, so a follow up appointment was not necessary. Very easy & professional. When our garage door refused to open, we had no idea what the problem was, and we had no way to get in and find out. That's when we called Precision. They sent out Tino Bugallo to help first thing this morning. His first task was to figure out what had happened. He asked a number of questions, probed the door frame with his tools, tried to jimmy the door open...and finally succeeded. The hatchback on our Subaru had opened in the night, pinning the door in place. It was a pleasure to have Tino on the job. He was polite, attentive, clearly knew what he was doing and he quickly did it.

Best Experience I ever had with a company. Joey Resto was great. Called me in the morning and let me know the timeline (even offered to bring me coffee when he was on his way) Gave me three different options with different prices. He was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. Once I agreed to the one of the options the work was done immediately and job was completed in no time.
