I'd like to compliment one of your employees Kyle K for the excellent service he provided me yesterday. He was so professional, knowledgeable and fixed may aunt's garage door. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your company. However, Kyle's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Kyle K needs to be given a pay rise, a salary increase. P.S. I would give Kyle 10 stars.

I first became aware of Precision when one of their technicians came to repair a friend’s garage after it was flooded by storm Ida. I was very impressed with the service. So when I began having trouble with my garage, I immediately thought of them and called. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Kyle, was very thorough. He was also personable and patient. He explained exactly what was needed and why it was needed. There was no hard sell tactics. He came with a fully stocked van so he was able to make all the necessary repairs during the visit. I also would like to comment on their great customer service. Once you make the appointment, they confirm it in writing, by text and by email. The day of the appointment someone contacts you. When the technician is on his way, he will call you. They also send you a photo of the technician so you know who to expect. I wish more businesses were them.

Prior to tech Jeffrey Barrales arriving to estimate and ultimately repair my garage door, a text was sent along with his photo for security purposes. Jeff arrived on time, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jeff even dried the garage floor where some rain had gotten in! During the repair process, Jeff was joined by tech, Leo who was equally knowledgeable and professional. Even though it was Friday, both stayed until 8:30 PM to fix my door. I have already recommended Precision Garage to my contractor, realtor and three friends. It is a pleasure to work with a company with such high standards. Thank you.
