Alex and Carl were amazing - I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone experiencing any garage door issues. I wanted a quote & they were quick to provide an entire inspection of everything, not just the quote I was seeking. I'm not an easy sell & they were able to respectfully provide experienced feedback on my current situation. Precision was great from start to finish! I contacted them through their website on a Sunday night and was able to confirm an appointment for Tuesday morning (my choice). Sonny called about 30 minutes before he arrived on the earlier side of my time window; also something I hoped for. Sonny took the time to explain all the options and allowed me to make the decision without any pressure. He advised me on how to keep my garage door working well.
