Leo was at our house today to look at the two garage doors, which had stopped working. We assumed this had something to do with the garage-opening system. We were wrong! After checking the entire system, Leo determined that there was no power running to the garage, which is detached. In fact, we had an electrical problem. We never would have known to call an electrician if Leo hadn't made this determination. All the while, he was courteous, good-humored and very conscientious. As his office had told us when we set up the appointment, we received a phone call from Leo about thirty minutes before his arrival. From the moment he greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. Leo deservedly gets high marks from us, as does Precision Door.

I had Precision install a brand new door opener less than a year ago. The door was not closing with the remotes. When I called I got an appointment the next day (which was great). Michael came within the time frame I was scheduled and called first. He was VERY friendly professional and helpful. Solved my issue in less than twenty minutes and all is working good. Very pleased.

The technician, Michael, found that a bracket from the previous installation had no lateral strength and caused the door to buckle as it came down. He went right to work and forty minutes later he had created and installed fully reinforced brackets on both sides of the door. He went above and beyond what was required, and I am completely satisfied.

I'm very pleased with the service that Mike, Greg and Julian delivered. Mike diagnosed the problem with our garage door and opener, and tried to keep them running until the new door arrived. He was very courteous and customer oriented, answering every question I asked. Greg and Julian did a careful and professional job removing our old door and opener, and installing new ones. They went to a lot of trouble to change the position of one panel of the door after I realized that I chose a wrong position for the windows. I would recommend all 3 technicians !!!

Precision Door installed my garage door six years ago and there has never been a problem. The garage door is used as our main entrance so its used very frequently. A spring had sprung so I called Precision - very fast response, the repairman called before he came, explained everything in detail, gave options, did a tune up of the door and was great. It didn't take long, nothing was left for me to clean up. I could not ask for a better result! Very pleased.

I was very impressed by the service received with Precision. From the very beginning on the phone, the lady took care of my call efficiently and then emailed reminders of my appointment to come. When the two technicians came, Lio and Soner, they were extremely polite, professional and patient with me. They not only solved my problem but identified potential ones and emailed me immediately the two possible solutions with quotes for each situation. My cleaning lady who was working with me that day, told me when they left that she was impressed as well by their work and asked for the information. I kept their card on my garage panel for easy access so she took a photo! She knows people in construction who might be interested in this quality of work and professionalism. She is herself of a very high standard in her work so for her to show an interest in this company is a bonus and another excellent sign. I will definitively continue to work with Precision and will recommend whenever I have the chance!
