When our garage door refused to open, we had no idea what the problem was, and we had no way to get in and find out. That's when we called Precision. They sent out Tino Bugallo to help first thing this morning. His first task was to figure out what had happened. He asked a number of questions, probed the door frame with his tools, tried to jimmy the door open...and finally succeeded. The hatchback on our Subaru had opened in the night, pinning the door in place. It was a pleasure to have Tino on the job. He was polite, attentive, clearly knew what he was doing and he quickly did it.

Best Experience I ever had with a company. Joey Resto was great. Called me in the morning and let me know the timeline (even offered to bring me coffee when he was on his way) Gave me three different options with different prices. He was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. Once I agreed to the one of the options the work was done immediately and job was completed in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company (especially Joey!)_

The technician was very polite and explained things clearly. He did not perform any service but explained my options for correcting the problem. No work was done and I have to consider the options, all of which unfortunately exceeded the amount I intended to spend.

First, I had no idea a co existed just for garage doors! So Precision was just a very lucky find. From start to finish, service was reliable, professional, and overall terrific. Our decrepit garage door system was upgraded to work smoothly same day—no ordering parts etc—and the service team was easy to work with!

I requested an estimate and Mike Ganning was my service technician. Mike arrived early, which was great. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. Mike answered all of of questions and addressed all of our concerns and made the process a piece of cake. We originally just wanted to get an estimate but Mike’s professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor changed it into a purchase. We look forward to the installation in a few weeks!

Mike showed extreme professionalism and knowledge of the products. He was delayed in getting here, but kept me duly informed during the delay. He explained my options clearly in a way that I would have a clear idea of what I would be getting and when and how it would be done. Very impressed with the experience.

Recently had Precision Doors install a new garage door and opener at my house. My consultation with Michael G was a great experience. He was professional and well informed about all products offered by Precision. Our door and opener were installed by Julian Z who also acted in a professional manner. He took all the proper precautions expected during this time of social distancing and still managed to completed the installation in a timely manner. Thank you to both Michael G and Julian Z for a great experience. I will recommend Precision Doors to anyone who is in need of garage door/opener installations and repairs.
