Today we met with your tech Leonardo who was right on time for out appointment. He was very professional and "knew his stuff." We were very pleased with his presentation and we placed our order for a new garage door and remote door opener on the spot with full confidence everything would be fine. MOST IMPORTANT this is a surprise move in present for my son's new house and you did my wife and I a big favor by pushing up the install it so they would have it before they moved in. Brian was the best! Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He (and one other helper, I can't recall his name) called 20 minutes before arriving and came at the beginning of our 3 hour window. He assessed the split in our (40 year old) wooden garage door and gave us options for repair and replacement. Another company the day before had insisted that the door needed to be replaced, but Precision was able to repair the crack by securing it with brackets, replacing the springs that were too dinky for our door weight and replacing the old rollers. They did the work on the spot and we saved thousands of dollars not having to replace the door, not to mention weeks of parking outside in the winter (with a young baby) while a new door was ordered. Seriously so profession and courteous. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

When I bought my house 15 years ago I started using Precision Door and the few times I have needed service I have been happy, starting wth the service rep that schedules the appointment to the technicians that come. My last technician, Rick Jones, was particularly note worthy. He politely called about an hour prior to the start window I was given and gave me a better estimate of his arrival based on the call he was currently on. I really appreciated that because it's Christmas season and I was able to use that time to get some errands done instead of waiting around. He confirmed his arrival with a courtesy call, which he had said he would give me. Rick's friendly hello and extended hand were a nice first impression and he quickly solved my garage door problem, which was a wiring problem. He is knowledgable and has a good work ethic. He identified the problem quickly, but still he checked that the door opener unit to make sure that there was nothing overlooked. I appreciated the thorough check and felt that showed a strong work ethic to do the job right so I wouldn't be calling a week later with a problem that could have been identified on the first call.

Precision was professional from the moment we called after our garage door spring broke. The excellent service began with a team member answering our phone call on a Saturday. Then we received calls from Rick alerting us, first to his ETA, then another with more exact timing. Finally, Rick checked all the parts of the garage door and found everything to be in good working order other than the broken spring. He was courteous and professional. We recommend Precision and will use them again.

Reinaldo and Greg were great. Showed up right when they said they’d be here, fast work - very friendly and professional. Thanks for sending them! Only reason for the 4 stars is that the door wasn’t cut to correct size first time they came, and now that it’s installed there’s a bar across the inside of the windows which I didn’t know about ahead of time. Not the installers fault at all, but it would’ve been good to have been told about it beforehand from the company.
