Was very pleased with Precision. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with from the call to the office to the technician - Richard Jones. We were unable to get into our garage open due to a broken cable. Unfortunately we had to break a window to get in for the repair We decided to go with the door rebuild package since our door was 20 years old but in good condition. Very happy with Precision and would recommend their service.

I received a call from Travis letting me know the window of time he'd arrive to come fix our broken garage door spring. We have a very old door and a spring had recently snapped making it difficult to lift the 140lb door. Travis took a look at the situation and though there were going to be a lot of difficulties with the repair due to the space between the walls of the garage and the hardware, he set was confident he could make the repairs. He walked me around and showed me how old the hardware was and where it was failing in other ways and walked me through the costs. I approved the work and in 2 hours he had our garage door working better than ever. These guys were great, efficient, and I'd call up for Travis if we ever need more help.

hello Vincent... I'm not quite sure what warrants the comment "Thieves"? You had requested to have a motor replaced. Our technician came to your residence on 10/14 and determined that your garage is to far from the house and would not pick up the gateway signal. And to quote your feedback on 10/14, "Your tech was honest and told me what I wanted would not work!" We have a $69 service fee to come out to a residence, of which you were charged. On 10/15 I left a message with you advising that we were unable to perform service (but just able to give some HONEST advice) and would be refunding you the $69 service fee!! We are so pleased with our new garage doors. The technician was terrific! He had the old doors removed and the new doors installed in about 3 hours and he worked alone! He said he would arrive between 8 am and 1 pm and he was certainly on time - started the job around 8:15am. It was just amazing. The doors are so easy to operate.
