hello Vincent... I'm not quite sure what warrants the comment "Thieves"? You had requested to have a motor replaced. Our technician came to your residence on 10/14 and determined that your garage is to far from the house and would not pick up the gateway signal. And to quote your feedback on 10/14, "Your tech was honest and told me what I wanted would not work!" We have a $69 service fee to come out to a residence, of which you were charged. On 10/15 I left a message with you advising that we were unable to perform service (but just able to give some HONEST advice) and would be refunding you the $69 service fee!! We are so pleased with our new garage doors. The technician was terrific! He had the old doors removed and the new doors installed in about 3 hours and he worked alone! He said he would arrive between 8 am and 1 pm and he was certainly on time - started the job around 8:15am. It was just amazing. The doors are so easy to operate. Rick the technician came to the house earlier then expected which was great for me. He did call and ask if it was convenient first. He did a great job on our garage door--It was more than I wanted to pay--but I know that we needed this work done. I will use them again at my other house for sure. Excellent! First they sent me an email with the name and picture of the technician who would work on my garage. No chance of opening my door to a stranger! The next day they called ahead of time to tell me when they would arrive and the name of the technician. The person arrived at the exact time, assessed the problem, told us the approximate price to fix it and had all the necessary materials on the truck. The technician got to work immediately, was efficient, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

The installation of the new Wayne Dalton Model 8700 vinyl garage door was completed in a very professional manner. The two-man installation crew headed by Reinaldo P. was directed by Brian S., the supervisor at the Mamaroneck, NY shop. This was due to the need for a large radius track to clear the outward opening door from the house to the garage. Brian S. also went beyond the call of duty to reinstall the magnetic switch for the garage open indicator light in the house and to make sure it was working well. Due to clearance requirements, a 6'-9" high door was required, rather than the standard 7'-0" high door. This shorter door required an additional piece of trim at the top of the door opening. My wife loves the appearance of the new vinyl door and I like the durability and ease of maintenance. For us, the vinyl door is worth the additional cost.

Travis was our service technician and not only was he prompt but he was honest and professional. He explained all our options and he never pressured us to go in any one direction. Brian was able to come over an hour before the time window given to me, which was great because my car was stuck in the garage. He was friendly, professional, and honest, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the problem right away (broken springs) and fixed it with no issues. Pricing was fair and the entire experience was excellent! I am saving Precision's info and calling again if I ever have another problem with our garage doors.
