Gafur did a terrific job patiently explaining the problem, then explaining our options and finally installing a new garage door opener (motor etc). He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was excellent and is a superb ambassador for Precision.

Hello Gafur was at my house yesterday to check my garage doors since we have not had maintenance done for a few years. Gafur was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Gafur explained everything he was checking, he provided options and what to look for to ensure my garage doors were working properly. I will give Gafur 5 stars. I will definitely call your company in the future for any related garage door issues that may come up. Thank you for the excellent service!

Gafur arrived promptly for our appointment. He explained the service that was needed and gave us repair options. After we chose our option he completed the work in an efficient manner and then took the time to explain our system to us and showed us how everything works. A true professional and would highly recommend.

The entire experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was unparalleled. Their 24/7 live customer service is unique to their industry, their next day garage door service, weekdays and weekend, unheard of. Their pre- and post-appointment communications is ingenuous. My experience with their technician Gafur was one of a kind. His expertise, personal care and friendly demeanor, were extraordinary. In fact, I have never had such a positive experience with service providers or contractors. Precision is lucky to have him aboard. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Gafur did an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He listened to my priorities and showed me options for future work to consider; and he made recommendations for safety upgrades (which he implemented after explaining the purpose and importance). He worked efficiently, made the repair to the door, replaced the broken wall button, and tested the door multiple times to ensure proper operation. Precision Garage Door is lucky to have Gafur Ashurov representing the company out in the field. Five stars ++!

I am a returning customer. Cable on garage door opener broke. Car was outside and it was therefor, not an emergency. I called late afternoon and they came within 24 hours. They were very professional and offered me a few options. Door was again operatable in about one hour. Second garage door was serviced. I would highly recommend them for all garage door service and purchases. RC - Armonk, NY

We had Precision Door install a new motor and ancillary equipment for our garage door 8 years ago. It has worked very well, and no significant repairs were ever required. Today a spring broke through normal water & tear. A maintenance technician arrived within an hour of my call. He had all required parts in his van and was able to install a new spring and get the garage door operating perfectly in very little time. I highly recommend Precision Door products and service.

I was forced to use Precision for a repair since they installed a door opener 2 years ago. They are very pricy as compared to other door companies. $299 for a break in fee and $800 for a new motor. Big rip off company!!!
