We have used precision in the past and they’ve always been reliable and very courteous. Today our technician was got Gafur and he was excellent. He replaced both motors and took care of new noises. The garage was making. He worked quickly and efficiently and he did not push us into any product. He let us choose what we thought best

Exceeded expectations! Josh was hours early, and called to confirm it was ok to arrive early. Walked us through our options patiently and thoroughly. Did not over sell us. Helped us choose a new model opener fit for our needs. Worked quickly and cleanly and walked us through the setup and use of our new opener upon completion. He gave me a preliminary quote and fixed everything without any additional parts and looked over the whole system.
