Hands down the best home service company of any type. I wish all home service providers emulated Precision. They’re responsive, responsible, show up, are courteous, and execute while importantly standing by their products! We installed need doors 2 years ago and everyone from sales to the install were fantastic. Today we need the door serviced for slight tweaking/realignment and they executed flawlessly at no charge given their product and labor warranty. No hassle, just results. Special thanks to Gafur Ashurov who made the service call today.

I had a garage door opener burn out on Sunday. Made an appointment and Hector was here at 8am on Monday morning. He was courteous, showed me my options and didn’t pressure sell me. We ended up replacing both of our openers as mine were 29 years old!! Thanks for the amazing service.

It was easy to make an appointment on the phone and they showed up within the time frame stated. The technician, Jeffrey B., was excellent; he was able to remedy the problem quickly and was not pushy in trying to sell new products. Jeffrey listened to what I wanted and offered options for additional items- of which, some were purchased. Efficient and quick, the whole experience was seamless.

Just want to take this opportunity to say thank you for all the services Precision Door Services has provided! When Monica first was here ,she was highly recommended by our friends and neighbors Joe and Theresa Gaudio down the street. Their garaged door looked beautiful .... I have dealt with you in the past with my old garage door, had it serviced, Monica looked up that time from her records. She was very informative and professional and being a union carpenter I was impressed by her expertise when doing her measurements in preparation for future installation of the door she helped us pick out! Yesterday you installation technician Marc Mackenzie did a beautiful job of installing the new door. His performance and mannerism is highly recommendable , he did an outstanding job on our new door!! Thank you all so very much for a job well done! Tony and Lori Fragetti

Out of the blue, I had a problem with my garage door. I looked around the Internet and came across precision garage door. Their reviews looked good and decided to make an appointment. I was able to make an appointment through their website at a convenient day and time for me I was told I would be contacted 30 minutes before arrival on the appointment day, my technician was Héctor Ortiz. He called me when he was on his way to my home. When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had my garage door working within the hour. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had a complete garage door system installed fifteen years ago. The service has always been impeccable. The past few days my garage door was not opening or closing properly. "Lewis" arrived and determined that after fifteen years it was time for a new motor head, which he installed along with a new car remote, an attached to the garage outside remote, and an inside opener/closer. Lewis was very pleasant and did an exceptional job. "Precision" has been the only garage door company I've ever used and will continue to so be.

Technician, Alex, came on time (after calling ahead to let us know when he would arrive) and was very courteous and professional. He was very patient, answered all our questions and explained the various options to resolve the problem. We chose a quick and inexpensive fix and will call back to have additional work done as soon as needed. We will certainly call Precision again for all future work as we were very pleased with their service.

I chose you because you installed our beautiful door back in 2021. I was nervous about booking on-line but the day and time I asked for worked out well. I received a call from Hector who told me that he would arrive in 20 minutes. This allowed me to move my car from the driveway so that he could pull his truck in. I showed him my 20-year-old "Craftsman 3/4 HP" opener with its broken chain which was on its last legs. He came up with a number of solutions. Since it was a lightweight door, I chose the new motor with 1 HP, and he recommended lubricating the rollers and an alignment of the track. The job took only an hour and a half. It also came with a new keypad and 2 new remote openers. The door now runs smoothly and quietly and has a nice long warranty. Hector is a wonderful worker and a great field salesman; your company is lucky to have such a fine man! Thank you for the great job. Larry Mendillo, White Plains, NY

The technician Justin Young was professional and great, he resolved the problem. But the repair price for replacing the rollers was pricey, if it wasn't for a medical condition, I would have replaced it myself. At the end the problem was solved. Thank you, technician Justin Young.
