Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was extremely responsive (issue diagnosed and keypad replacement completed within 3 hours from initial office call) reasonably priced (applied AAA and First Responder discounts) and friendly; Gafu was knowledgeable and professional, and very communicative throughout the repair. Gafur advised of and repaired a bearing/spring bracket being supported by only a half screw; highly recommend Precision and Gafur without any reservation.

I responded to a circular I received in the mail and was happy I did. I left a message over the weekend and received a call first thing Monday morning. The caller was a cheerful person who seemed like she wanted to make sure all went well. It did. Ryan came out for the estimate a was knowledgeable. Importantly, I did not feel like he was ever trying to up-sell me either for new motors or more expensive doors. He did explain the difference so I could make an informed decision. When the installers came, they were efficient, neat and all-business. The doors look great and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I am very happy. From the start, the website allowed me to configure two manual doors precisely as I desired. Michael arrived, measured, advised and quoted a price that was less than I feared. Installation occurred two weeks earlier than anticipated, an efficient, clean and professional job. The fit and finish is perfect. My only nitpick is that the two door locks are not keyed the same, a small detail but one I'll live with over the years. Again, I am extremely satisfied with the experience and the results, and glad I chose PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE.

Alex Berk, the tech who serviced my garage door, also did a great job. He assessed all parts of the door, which was installed about 15 years ago; explained his findings; and detailed and priced three different maintenance and repair options. I chose the option that made the most sense; Alex quickly did the work and reviewed it with me; and voila--now I have a garage door that operates smoothly and quietly. As a longtime customer,I knew who to call when my torsion springs failed on my garage door. Precision garage door, Thank you for sending Luis Rodriguez to the rescue. He is an employee who is an asset to your business. He took the time to fully explain the problem and give me options to fixing the issue.
